The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect and exceptionally nice. Enjoyed being close to the train station.

Everything was worth the price, including really kind and very obliging staff who provide good service. Its location was very central, next to Lost Souls Alley Amusement Center. A small market and small markets were right next door.

It was close to many sights and attractions, making it convenient for exploring the city. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice modern bathroom. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing a pleasant experience. Breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The hotel also had a sauna, which was a nice bonus.

This resulted in an unexpected additional cost for guests.

The location was marvellous and lovely, just 5 minutes walk from Main Square. Plus it was in a modern area. Fairly quiet and elegant room with free Wi-Fi was all we needed. Got exceptionally comfortable bed and a living area and a safe.

Location: the hotel was near the Galeria Krakowska shopping center and massive modern shopping centre. It was very close to Noblesse, where you can have lunch. Booked a room with stunning views of the Krakow skyline.
